“DRAG QUEEN DAVE”
My Badge of Honor
If standing up for our local economy, demanding respect for our citizens, and refusing to bow to political bullies earns me a nickname, I’ll wear it as a badge of honor all the way to Election Day.
In May 2025, after local business leaders asked for basic civility from our elected officials, certain council members responded by sparring in the press, threatening local businesses, and tossing out childish nicknames (WSET). Lynchburg deserves better than faux-royalty demanding unquestioned loyalty. We deserve public servants who choose community over conflict.
The focus is serving.
When I stood up for our local economy, I was targeted by the exact type of toxic political theater we are trying to stop.
I am running for City Council to stop citizens from being bullied for holding public servants accountable. I promise to bring council back to the business of paving roads, funding schools, and seeing our town grow to its fullest potential. Join the campaign today and vote for a leader who serves you.
If this resonates with you, consider acting whether that be volunteering, donating, or picking some merch!
You were elected to serve, not to dominate. To lead, not to bully. To bring dignity to our city, not disgrace.
